Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required to secure your appointment, consultation or organizational session. Dates are not held without confirmation. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. This policy protects the time reserved specifically for you or your organization. For corporate or group bookings, specific contract terms may apply and will be outlined in your service agreement. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor other scheduled clients. The full session fee will still apply.
